After 43 years in pastoral ministry in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Ohio, Pastor Fuller and his wife, Diane, moved to Racine, Wisconsin to begin retirement.  Soon after that, the Wisconsin Association of Regular Baptist Churches invited him to become their State Representative.  He likes to describe himself as a pastor to pastors and a resource person and consultant for the 36 churches and 4 fellowshipWARBC :: Reverend and Mrs. Fullerp groups within the WARBC.

He is frequently called on to speak when pastors are on vacation, ill, attending conferences or perhaps holding meetings in other places.  He also meets regularly with the Council of 8 for planning and prayer, the camp committee, as well as area Pastors’ Fellowships, special retreats and conferences.  When possible his wife, Diane, an accomplished pianist, travels with him and often assists in the services.

Presently his vision, in addition to encouraging and helping to strengthen the outreach and testimony of the existing churches, is to see new churches started in areas within the state where there seems to be both the need and potential for planting new fundamental Baptist Churches. Through his leadership, a church planting fund has been established and a call has been extended to a home missionary to become the Wisconsin State Missionary Church Planter.

Pastor Fuller is also available to counsel churches and/or pastors that are seeking a place for Christ-centered fellowship, a group of people who are desirous of seeing a fundamental Baptist Church established in their area.

WARBC :: Dave CurtisDavid is a retired layman at Calvary Baptist Church, Wisconsin Rapids.

My wife and I are available to help missionaries. We have been in South Africa helping at Paardeberg Mountain Retreat, a church camp started by ABWE missionaries. We have been there 3 time, six months each time. We have helped the Jonathan Weber's in Belgium and the Alan Stokers in Kona, Hawaii. I also pulpit supply here in Wisconsin.

We have two sons. Duane & Cindy and their 4 boys live in Appleton. Bruce & Deborah live in Baltimore, MD. Sharon is a RN and once again, we will be Camp Fairwood as the Nurse.

WARBC :: Pastor Gregory SorensonPastor Greg Sorensen is the pastor of Maranatha Baptist Church of Navarino. He has been there for 22 1/2 years.

He was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin. He came to know the Lord as Savior at the age of seven. He is a graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankey, Iowa, where he met his wife, Cathy, whom he married in 1970. They have a son, Jonathan, who is a graduate of Maranatha Baptist Bible College, where he met his wife Allyson.

Pastor Sorensen has been in pastoral ministry for 38 years. His life verses are Matthew 6:25-26.

WARBC :: Pastor Corey Brookins Corey was raised by godly Christian parents and was delivered from death unto life at a young age (John 5:24).  After several years of seeking happiness by worldly means, God planted him at Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa where he discovered true happiness is found in fulfilling God's purpose for the life of a believer - glorifying Him by making disciples.

It was at FBBC that, in another demonstration of God's love and grace, Corey met Maria and they were married in 2000.  They now have four active boys under the age of seven that continually make life interesting.

After serving in lay-ministry for several years at Maranatha Baptist in Grimes, Iowa, Corey accepted the call to serve as pastor of youth and children's ministries at   Calvary Baptist in Rochester, Minnesota where he ministered for four years.  He was called to Berea Baptist in Stevens Point as assistant pastor in 2008 and was   ordained in 2009.  In October of 2009, upon the retirement of Pastor Earl Swiggart, Corey was voted in as the senior pastor at Berea, where he anticipates ministering for many more years.  His life verse is Galatians 2:20 and his theme for ministry is Colossians 1:28.

WARBC :: Pastor Rodney Schuler Rod grew up in north central Iowa. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at age 16 and felt called to the ministry. He enrolled in Fort Wayne Bible College in Fort Wayne, In. While attending college he was called to pastor a small church at age 21. Nancy came to help him in this work and after working together for a couple years they were married. They have been working together in the ministry for 30 years. Rod received a M. Div. from Grace Theological Seminary while he pastured several churches in northern Indiana.

He was eventually called to serve briefly as a Bible and Greek instructor at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College. Upon the Schools closing he was called to serve as Senior Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Menomonee Falls, WI.

WARBC :: Pastor Phil MarkelI trusted Christ as Savior as a teen in 1982.  I married Melissa one year before I finished as student and staff at Maranatha Baptist Bible College and Graduate School (B.A., ’90; M.A., ’93; B.S., ’97), and we immediately began serving at First Baptist Church of Hartland (’92-‘96), where I was part-time assistant pastor.

Later, I was called as assistant pastor to Calvary Baptist Church in Menomonee Falls (’97-’08).  During that time I also began to serve as a chaplain in the National Guard.  My family came off the adventure of a 17-month deployment to begin another adventure—helping to plant Heritage Baptist Church in Cedarburg.  I have pastored Heritage since July 2008 and continued my education at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (M.Div., ’10).  God has blessed Melissa and me with four delightful children.
